I have the 8030C thermostat. I am having problems getting the heat to come on. In the past, I have just turned mode switch from cool to heat. However when I adjust the target temperature up to 22, the air is coming on. I have reset and started at step 1 as per the manual, but nothing is working. I do not have it set to any program, I just adjust the temperature up it down as to my preference. What can I do to get the heat to come on. HELP!!!!
