I have a rite temp 8030 The battery light came on ...

I have a rite temp 8030 The battery light came on -so i changed the batteries -but i still cannot setup or progrsm the unit - when i push the menu or program buttons nothing happens -i have tryrd to restet but no change Can i have this unit rep la ced or repaired I have had it for many years without a problem Thanks Wes moore
