I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE THERMOSTAT. CHECKED THE WIREING AND IT APEARS TO BE RIGHT. IT WORKED LAST WINTER. WHEN THE THERMOSTAT TURNS ON IS IT SUPPOSE TO CLICK INDECATING THAT ITS ON
