Question About ritetemp Indoor Fireplace RTN300TQ
I have a RiteTemp RTN300TQ "Yellow Flame" ventless...

I have a RiteTemp RTN300TQ "Yellow Flame" ventless natural gas heater. It resembles a cast iron fireplace. 30,000 BTUs. My problem is that upon opening it, I discovered that the owners manual was missing. This includes instructions for positioning the logs. Can I get this on line. There is a warning in the box about how critical the positioning of the logs is to the proper combustion.

0 lost power to house and now no gas is there a reset for this unit? other gas works stove.furnace. water heater.
