Question About Rinnai Fan None
Error Message and Shutdown...

The heater occasionally shuts down and displays an error message "11". I can restart it by turning the unit off and then back on again, but I am concerned that if it shuts down while I am away, the house will freeze up. What does error message "11" mean?
