Question About RIDGID Vacuum Cleaner WD1850
Vacuum seems to sound like it is partially clogged...

Vacuum seems to sound like it is partially clogged and has sort of a "burned electric" smell. . Checked hose. Anything else I can check? How can I tell if there is the right amount of suction?
