Question About RIDGID Plumbing Product SP-1000
ridgid sump pump ssp 1000...

I have the ridgid ssp 1000 installed in my basement, the pump does not shut off, it sounds like when sucking on a straw and nothing is in the glass. What do you think the problem is?
