Question About RIDGID Plumbing Product SP-1000
Ridgid SSP 1000 Watersense switch problems...

I am having a problem with the SSP 1000 Watersense swich not shutting off unless it is wiped clean periodically. I have read that other customers have experienced the same problem. Has a new swich been made available that would prevent this problem?

0 Bought an SSP 1000 at home depot 1 week ago and am having the same problem. Good thing I had a flotec 1/3 hp for a back up. Looks like I will return mine and buy a flotec 3/4 or 1 hp seeing I can't trust the rigid brand. Rigids guarantee doesn't make my basement any drier it it quits working. Home Depot should drop this product if it is defective.
