Question About Rheem Water Heater 22VRP75
No power; leaking drain...

I came home to a puddle of water surrounding my Rheem PowerVent 2 hwh. The drain valve is dripping, and the little red arrow is not lit. There is definitely power to the outlet that it plugs into. The unit manf. date is 9/06. We have no hot water in the house at all.
