okay..one day out of the blue My wife tells me we have no hot water. I removed the wall panel to expose the water heater and frankly did not know what I was looking at, but thought maybe there was a reset button that I could press. I found a red button near on the upper side of the access panel (which is in the lower part of the 71-30s) I pressed it.. heard no noises or anything begin. but okay. Like a day and a half later out of the blue once again we have hot water! WTF? I figured okay it's fixed. Nope 2 days after that no hot water. My dad said it's not the element because they won't start working again if that's the problem. Anyone know what's going on here?
