Question About Rheem Water Heater GN100-270
a camp had a plumber install a mod# GN100-270 comm...

a camp had a plumber install a mod# GN100-270 commercial wh, they called me out couse it wasnt working, and they said they had it installed about a month ago. The problem was sooting, I noticed the alt says 0-2000feet, the customer is at 6200feet, Is this the reason for the sooting?
