Question About Rheem Heat Pump rpka-031jaz
defrost control board...

Replaced control board twice but when it is cold and heat FIRST turns on it runs cold air THEN goes into defrost mode for about 10 seconds then starts running with warm air coming out. It does this each and every time when cold outside.
