Rheem oil furnace ROBC-084QBEA. The blower blows, ...

Rheem oil furnace ROBC-084QBEA. The blower blows, but only through 1/2 the ducts in the house - what is the problem. Its run with an Aprilaire perfect temp control board (M/N 6202). All blowers were working a few days ago. Thank you!
