Question About Rheem Furnace criterion II plus 2
heater does not hold to set temperature...

Furnace keeps shutting off before reaching the desired temperature after 5-6 min of working. HVAC techs used one-stage thermostat and old wiring to connect a new two-stage heater saying that heater will work to get to desired temperature in 10-12 min. Can't locate user manual.
