Question About Rheem Furnace Criterion
Heat not working properly...

I have a Rheem Criterion gas furnace. The furnance ignites for about 2 minutes then it blows cool air. I do not have a manual & I was wondering where the filter was in case it needed changing. Also, can't locate model number. Help!

0 Hello, have you found your answer yet? I dont think its the filter. I think its the switches, I also have this furnace and I will never buy this one again. I have had the same problem, and in fact I think I need to call them out again very soon. I hate this because of the cost, for a furnace thats not even 10 years old, I think that sucks. I suggest that you turn the power to the furnace off, the switch is on the side of it, and also turn the thermostat to off, wait at least 5 minutes and turn back on. this resets the computer. Good luck.
