Question About Rheem Furnace None
Furnace wont stay lit?...

Rheem Imperial furnace M/N RGDE 07elaeb. The furnace runs intermitant in that the burners will stay lit sometimes for a 5-6 min other times it will shut off as soon as the blower fan turns on. There is no voltage loss over the 24v side, have ran a new ground from the panel box to the furnace, and have even replaced the ignition box but the furnace still does not run a normal cycle. do you have any ideas? 0 There is no flame sensor to clean and now the furnace does not want to stay on longer than 5 secs after light up.

0 this model of furnace does not have a flame sensor. have changed the hot surface ignitor and furnace runs for several hours and then falls back into its routine
