I just purchase a home with a home waranity and the furnace model RC BA 3765 Rheen force air has an intake on the side for air, Home warranity is telling me that I have to have this intake connected to the outside of the house. I had a different mechanic check this out and he told me that this was optional. I need confirmation from you on this or I needed to show then that this in in the manual in order to have further repair as the Home waranity will not cover this till I produce the manual or get this in writing.
