Blower motor won't come on, Removed capacitor and ...

Blower motor won't come on, Removed capacitor and had it test at parts store. It was OK. Can't find a circuit board anywhere (does it have one?) was going to "jump" R & G wire attachment on the board to test the motor but could not find a board???
