Question About Rheem Electric Heater None
HP Coil Freeze Up...

I bought a house last Feb and had it gutted and all new inside redone. I noticed the the HP coil (outdoor) was very frosty. Also noticed that two of the coil sensors had been bypassed. Assuming the "sensors" are bad, would this cause my outdoor coil to freeze up?
