0 Hi, I am having the same problem, and looking for a solution. I had it quickly looked at, and said my heating element may be out, buy also the thermostat appears to be wired incorrectly. Looking for a solution now, and will let you know, if you let me know you find a solution as well. My model is RBHA-17J15SUAA
