Question About Reliant Stove R-T-4-90

I just wrote a note but not here so I will do it again. I have a Tempest R-T-4-90 pellet stove and the auger just stopped workingh. Last week we pulled a sheetrock screw out of the auger but I know go through the pellets to make sure there is nothing that shouldnt be with them. Any idea what I should do?
