The fire lights and runs for about ten minutes, then shuts down in both remote and manual settings. I have instauled new batteries already., If I wait about 10 minutes, i can relight the pilot light and the burner will come on and last ten minutes, then I hear a click and then it shuts down again. Can you please solve my problem?
