I tilted an older Quasar air conditioner because it was leaking water onto the floor. Now, however, it has started to run water again inside. Unfortunately, I don't have a manual and it doesn't look like any of the air conditioners pictured. The machine is about 10yrs old. Is there a drain plug in the back or bottom that might be blocked? Does it need to be removed from its case? Is it bad to run water on the back of the machine to clean mold from the inside? What should my next step be?
