0 This is the second time within two years that the pressure pin that holds the garage door arm to the braket on the track has popped out. The service calls are a minimum of $75 + tax. Does anyone have instructions how I can fix it myself? Also, where can I find another pin or bracket if necessary?

0 door opens about 3 feet and drops need to guide it up for it to open
