I BELIEVE BATTERY NOT GOOD, IN QUANTUM REMOTE LONG TIME SINCE REPLACEMENT. INSTALLED NEW BATTERY, RED LIGHT ACTIVATES BUT DOOR DOES NOT OPEN. HAVE YOU RECCOMMENDATIONS? S. WAITE
