Question About Quantum Garage Door Opener 3213
my quantum 3213 closes about 1 foot then goes back...

my quantum 3213 closes about 1 foot then goes back up. I swapped the safety eyes with my other door that works and the door still does the same thing. There are no obstructions or binding. the light on the eye doesn't light up.
