I have a Model 3312 . As a result of a waterline bursting the unit got wet. Garage door would not raise as before, namely I had to keep pushing the wall mounted switch and it went up in short stages. I had to bring the door down manually. Yesterday the chain was moving but the door wasn't. Today the door only raises about a foot then stops and I can't pull it up manually.
