Prior to power surge, AC works ok. After surge, checked fuses of internal & external unit, ok; tried turning power off for >10 minutes, & turning it on again, still no response at all from external unit, internal unit fan working ok though. Take off unit cover, found Led 1 on the circuit board was blinking when power was on. What does that mean? Indicating where the problem is? Could anyone shed me info. I am at loss completely. Thanks in advance.
