4 I to have this machine with no manual. I know that it needs to be threaded correctly in order to sew properly. Mine has had minor issues with the bobin tension. I am told by a sewing machine tech that it should be set on 4-5 on tension button located on the top left hand side. The bobin has to be running clockwise. I was told a manual probably wont be the solution. If I get it serviced it would more than likely fix the problem. Apart from that it is an excellent sewing machine very easy to use. If I can help with any questions I would be more than happy to help.
