I just purchased a brand new Pfaff Expression 3.0 sewing maching. The top thread jumps out of the take up arm loop and then the thread balls up and jams on the underside of the fabric and the top thread has to be re-threaded thru the loop in the take up arm again.. When the tension is set at the top or a little above the range for a particular stitch type, it helps a little, but still jumps out of the take up are once in a while. Is there any adjustment that I can do for this or does it have to be returned to the dealer.
