Question About Pfaff Sewing Machine tipmatic 1035
quilting...

Is it possible to do machine quilting with this machine? I am able to drop the feet... have several foot attachments but don't recognized what to use them with. Lost the manual. Can you help?

5 Sure, you can quilt with this machine. If you want to do free motion quilting, drop the feed dogs and use an open toed foot or a hopping foot (you can find these online if you don't have one). You can also use an even feed foot for straight line quilting, if you like. You can quilt without this if you pin or baste very well. HTH, Debbie

0 Thanks so much for your feedback. I will require one of the feet you mentioned. Right now I'm practicing with the feed dogs up and and clear foot. I have to baste first and use lots of safety pins. It's probably more work than necessary so I appreciate the info given.
