PRESSER FOOT...

THE PRESSER FOOT WILL NOT GO DOWN WITH THE HANDLE AND I CAN PUSH IT DOWN, BUT THERE IS NO TENSION. THE HANDLE WILL THEN RAISE THE FOOT.
