Question About Pfaff Sewing Machine Creative 2134
please help before i throw this pfaff out of the window...

please help before I throw this machine out the window. I have a creative pfaff 2124. when the needle goes into the bobbin holder, the needle gets stuck & I can't move the wheel. When I left the dealer, everything was working, but after transporting the stupid machine home, it no longer worked. It had fallen over during the drive home.
