On a Pfaff-463 where do I oil? The wheel quit turn...

On a Pfaff-463 where do I oil? The wheel quit turning. There is a windowed circle on the front of the machine with 2 horizontal 1/2" red lines. When I bought the machine there was an oil line half way on the glass. Now I can not see any oil, but I do not see any place to oil it.
