Lost my instructions...

Hello, I had saved the file that I purchased from you for my machine and somehow it got deleted from my computer. Is there any way for you to resend it to me???? Thanks . The email address was either shellshof2@gmail.com or shellshof2@aol.com. I am trying to sign in but am having trouble with the password. Please help. Shelley Shofstall
