Question About Pfaff Sewing Machine creative 1471
Badly bruised machine...

I bought a mint condition Creative 1471 through e-bay. It was packed in a box double its size, and arrived badly dented. The machine was badly hurled with the casements and inner parts loose. Other than the light bulb, the machine received no signals which switched on and cannot be used at all. What to do?
