Heater is 3 years old. For all 3 years of operation, I have had problems. The most recent is the inability to effectively seal the inlet and output ports. I've tried every product on the market including permagasket high-temp. YES - I am using the special high temp "gray" pipe connections. Telflon tape is the worst solution so far. Silicon breaks down in weeks. Help!
