Sorry but the model I am looking is HF-0005 I own ...

Sorry but the model I am looking is HF-0005 I own this Heater Fan but for some reasons doesn't want to work. I turn it on while the temperature is under 60's and it start to work but just last like a five seconds then it turns off by itself. What's wrong with it?
