Question About Pella Door None
cant open door...

I cant open my storm door, after removing the lock and handle i realized the notch that holds the door shut and retracts when you turn the knob to open the door is somehow malfunctioning. when i turn the knob the latch does not completely retract and the door will not open. surely i dont have to replace the entire door? any assistance/advice will be greatly appreciated.

5 go to allaboutdoors.com; find the correct locking assembly, you only the insert, all the other hardware should be ok
