From the time I bought the unit, it didn't work most of the time. Sometimes it'll light for a hot water and sometimes it won't. However for many months now, it stopped working already. I was thinking of getting a new unit but before I do that, you might be of help. I once called your hotline, they sent someone but it cost me more or less two thousand :-(
