I have a Panasonic MC-UG787 Vacuum Cleaner. The agitator bar is not moving when in the carpet position. The belt is not broken, and it can be moved easily manually. I have unplugged it, and pressed reset - nothing. And I have flipped back and forth between carpet and floor, and it still doesn't move. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
