do i have a reset button on my panasonic mcE 3011 ...

do i have a reset button on my panasonic mcE 3011 upright vacuum cleaner as it has stopped working I have checked both belts and they appear in order but not rotating and neither is the beater brush, the motor sounds the same as usual
