The screen of my CUE-18FKR remote control looks normal but when I press 'on' the aircon doesn't turn on and the digital display screen turns into a mess. Can't read anything. I've put new batteries in and haven't spilt anything on it. I got it to work by resetting it but the screen still goes crazy/unreadable when I press any button. When I reset it I can't change the temp or the fan speed. It stays on 25 or 27 degrees. Do I need to reset the outdoor unit? Any suggestions on what's the problem?? Thanks
