model cu-w12ekr does not turn on with remote fitted new battries reset clock sounds like a circuit breaker or something similar air cond hardly get used. can you tell me where to locate circuit breaker or a fuse or any thing that may cause it not to turn on air cond was switched of at main power point for months thank you.
