i have panasonic cs-e24gkr cu-e24gkr the unit is...

i have panasonic cs-e24gkr cu-e24gkr the unit is off wont turn on the timer light keeps blinking so i did a test as the manual said to do it comes with a number H15 when it bibs so i guess that is the error code what needs to been done. I have changed the batteries. Are you able to help me please thank you heather
