5 This is from a Panasonic manual I found online. Here is a link to another online manual that May help as well. http://m.manualsdir.com/manuals/184913/panasonic-cs-e18dkrw-cs-e21dkrs-cs-e15dkrw-cu-e18dkr-cu-e21dkr.html You could try to hold down the reset button for 10-20 seconds and see if it gives you the same code or a different one.
