Air Conditioner CS-PC18MKF My new PanasonicSplit Keeps going on the Orange timer light and after an hour shuts down; remote does not switch off the timer. Please advise quick fix of this new split unit

0 the same is happening to mine right now. I remember when they installed the machine the same happened. Then they were very quick in responding and they have changed some circuit and attended some leakage it worked fine until yesterday. Now they don't even answer the phone
