water softener missing manual...

MISSING MANUAL ON A TOPCO 1200 SERIAL # J85 TRUPAR INC ROOTBERRY DIV, HOUSTON TX P & S INC. This is the info I received from over the phone, my father hooked up a water softener and would like to get a manual, it was used and given to him, with no manual.
