4 my softener is on but not useing no salt has no water in salt tank . Use no salt in a year i call 4 the service on it u could hear pump that tyme and that was it . I just want 2 know how 2 resait it

0 I too have a problem with my softener. I can't find a user manual. The company will not give me one. They say that i have to call in a service call to receive help, Not Fair!. Can anyone Help.
