Question About Water System A13899
can't figure out how to make this work...

my softener was installed brand new last year and now realize it has never been working. i hear the timer go off however, the salt level stays the same. can you help me. i can't even find the manufacture on line Thank you.

0 My water softner is making a loud ticking noise. My plumber told me the timer is going bad. My unit was installed 10/4/2005. Is there a warranty for this item
